Forget the horror stories you've heard about renovating. At Hebden, other than spending a few hours with our designers, you won't need to do a thing. From start to finish we look after all the details.
If stumps need replacing, walls need straightening or structural work is required to accommodate the new design, we make sure it's done right, before we start. And when everything is in place, you won't be left touching up paintwork or trying to get hold of a plumber, electrician or plasterer - to finish the job off.
Customer Service Procedure:-
1. Complimentary Consultation
- Make an appointment at our showroom with our qualified Interior Designer
- Bring along a basic dimension of the area and any magazines or photos of the type of look you are hoping to achieve or simply leave it up to our Designer
- We gaurantee a fully detailed written approximation quotation within 10 working days (we are able to generate an accurate costing of your project within $500. It is designed to be a helpful starting block for budgeting purposes and the final quotation rarely differs from this figure unless you have made substantial changes)
2. Site Visit
- The Owner / Registered Builder of the company together with the Interior Designer both come to site and consult
- We take the measurements and inspect the foundations of the area.
- For metropolitan Melbourne we charge a fee of $100 which is refundable if you proceed.
- We gaurantee a written approximation quotation within 10 working days (as outlined above)
3. Design Service
- Owner/Registered Builder & Interior Designer attend site and check measure & inspect room foundations/structure
- We supply you with full working drawings, including colour and product consultation, CAD floorplan and elevation, specifiations and final fixed price.
- A fee of $500 for Bathroom and $600 for Kitchens applies to this service which gives you copyright of the drawings.
- This fee is fully refundable when you are ready to proceed with our company.
- If you require further visual aids we can provide a 3 dimensional hand rendered perspective of the room at an additional cost.
